Part‑Time Self‑Storage Maintenance Associate — Quincy, MA Location: Quincy, MA – On‑site | Schedule: Part‑Time, 20–25 Hours/Week What You’ll Be Doing Walk the property daily, searching for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or other issues. Fix small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs. Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility—hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs. Prepare units for new renters after move‑outs: sweep, clean, and get them ready. Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning properly. Assist customers on site when they need help.
