Associate Account Executive

Location: Park Ridge, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote) Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Commission Opportunities Promotion Opportunity: Increase to $58,000 Base Salary after successful completion of training (approximately 90 days) For over 28 years, Peterson Technology Partners (PTP) has helped organizations solve complex business challenges through IT Staffing, Consulting, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, and Technology Services. You'll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced sales leaders while learning how to build relationships with business executives, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do Prospect and identify new business opportunities Utilize industry‑leading tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales technologies Schedule and participate in client meetings Conduct networking, lunch, and breakfast meetings with business professionals Learn the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing business Partner with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Client Partners Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders Build the foundation to eventually manage your own territory and client portfolio What We're Looking For Recent graduate or early‑career professional (0-3 years of experience) Bachelor's degree preferred but all majors are welcome Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Why PTP?
