The Registered Nurse is an exemplar for compassion, acceptance, respect, and empathy honoring nursing as a distinct discipline and supporting an environment focused on healing and wellness.* Assessment and identification of patient needs and implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service.* Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.* Has access to medication storage areas as required for job tasks.
