Store Team Lead — Training & Operations

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in Lodi, New Jersey, to support store operations and drive sales. The Team Lead collaborates with Department Managers to receive, price, and stock merchandise while ensuring team members receive adequate training. Responsibilities include acting as the leader on duty and addressing customer and team member concerns. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
