Financial Advisor Assistant

ProspectBlue seeks an experienced Client Relations/Administrative Assistant for their wealth management firm client in Richmond, VA! Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point-of-contact with visiting clients, answering client calls, and being responsible for first impressions. Support financial advisors with scheduling, document preparation, and client follow-ups Maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Work in various databases, including Redtail, Orion, Schwab, etc. Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH’s, etc.) Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members. Participate in new client meetings and guide clients through paperwork. Managing and ordering office supplies and appearance to enhance the client’s experience. Maintain vendor relationships. Qualifications: Prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment preferred (ideally 2+ years) Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr ProspectBlue
