Role summary Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. What you'll do Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, select specific items such as apples or cereal, and fill online orders in a fast‑paced environment. They handle evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, juggle online orders while assisting in‑store customers, and dispense orders to customers while engaging them in conversation. The pace can be intense, especially during peak periods. * The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
