U-Box Customer Care Representative (CDL) Full-Time Position Must work weekends through a rotation system (Saturdays and/or Sundays) Position is a Dual Job position - U-Box Customer Care Rep AND Reservation Agent or Customer Service rep. (Each position has its own pay rate that will be discussed at the time of interview.) Have you ever wished the open road could be your office? Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck‑mounted forklift (training provided). Load and unload storage containers for delivery. Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only. Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University. Qualifications Clean motor vehicle driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Department of Transportation certification. Commercial driver’s license (CDL). Physical Demands The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
