If so, please read on!Weyland Ventures is looking to hire experienced Facilities Technician to join our Maintenance Team.BenefitsCompetitive wagesCompany cell phone providedMileage per diem401kHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceUniform allowanceBasic personal toolkit and access to equipment providedPosition SummaryThis position maintains and repairs facilities for commercial and multi-unit residential properties, executes work orders in a timely manner, and ensures the properties maintain excellent curb appeal and first impressions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSurveys buildings, ensuring consistency with health and safety standards.Conducts general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance install, drywall repair, windows, etc.)Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Shares on-call rotationOther duties as assigned.Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments homes for move-ins.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum high school or GED required.Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systemsKnowledge of OSHA regulations are a plus!Previous experience as a maintenance technicianDeadline, detail, and customer service-orientedStrong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devicesMust be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power toolsMust possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (position requires local travel)Are you ready to join our team?If you feel that you would be right for our company, please fill out our 3-minute, mobile-friendly application.
