The primary and initial purpose of this job is to assist our frontline customer service team and provide our guests with an exceptional guest experience while building depth in our organization. This could mean checking in campers, cashing out guests, answering phones, filing, etc. This position is also intended to provide you with a comprehensive background of our organization and its operations. We can also get a good idea of what your strengths are and where you might fit best. This position is intended to build the depth of our organization which could provide you with a steppingstone to another position within our organization such as: Service Advisor, Unit Sales, Accounting Office, Sign Company Administration, Campground Guest Services, Warranty Collections, RV Technician, Parts Specialist. Position available is Full-time/Regular, Part time might be an option. Job Level: Entry to Mid-levels. Primary Location: All locations. Job type: Regular, Non-Exempt. Reports to: Shop Operations. Effective date: 04/30/2024.

40 hours per week, Overtime as required. High season, from April to June and September to December, will allow one (1) Saturday OFF per month. Low season will allow for up to Two (2) Saturdays OFF per month.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Plattsburgh RV Store is a family owned and operated, full-service RV dealership based in Plattsburgh, NY since 1986. Our business is focused on the camping primarily the sale and service of RV's. We operate out of three state of the art facilities that are employee and customer friendly. Our Tom Miller Rd is home to our Fixed Operations. Our Rt 87's Exit 38 location is home to our Unique Unit Sales Indoor Show room, Business office and our Convenience Accessory Store. Our third location is Blue Haven Family Campground and Resort is a great camping experience for people of all ages. We are positioned in a prime location for beautiful camping, just an hour from Montreal, on the foothills of the Adirondacks, and the shorelines of beautiful Lake Champlain.
