Our current team includes four dedicated veterinarians who collaborate closely to deliver exceptional medicine across our expansive weekday and Saturday hours. We prioritize strong internal support and communication to ensure every shift runs smoothly, utilizing flexible early morning drop-off options starting at 7:00 AM to help manage daily workflow efficiently. You will have the opportunity to practice advanced medicine daily, focusing on comprehensive patient care from preventative wellness through complex procedures. Our robust service offerings include Wellness & Prevention, Testing & Diagnostics, Advanced Care, Surgical Procedures, and Urgent Care. This focus on a broad medical spectrum allows our teammates to handle a wide range of cases internally, ensuring continuity of care for our patients. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
