Emergency Veterinarian Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Charlestown, MA is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at our state-of-the-art specialty and emergency hospital. Our ER/ICU department is staffed with dedicated clinicians and skilled technicians, which leads to a collaborative team approach focusing on high quality medicine and patient care. Those without ER experience (including new graduates) are encouraged to apply through our EmERge program.

BluePearl Charlestown is proud to offer:

• Annual base salary up to $200,000 based on experience and schedule.
• Additional income potential through quarterly production bonus (no negative accrual).

What you need to excel at BluePearl:

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
