Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse, AM, PM and NOC Shift Available

Pay Range: $44.50 - $54.50/hourJOB SUMMARYThe Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating direct nursing care provided to residents and patients within scope of practice. The RN coordinates care delivery to ensure that Residents and Patients needs are met in accordance with physician orders, and State and Federal laws and regulations governing long term care. As an RN, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation, delivery and documentation of medication/treatment(s) to our Residents and Patients, MDS and initial assessments, ability to supervise and delegate nursing staff.REQUIREMENTSMinimum six (6) months clinical experience in acute care or SNF experience as a Registered NurseCurrently licensed as RN to practice in the State of CaliforniaBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationSKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCEAbility to perform nursing care per current community standard for long term care.Interact effectively with residents, visitors, administration, physicians, volunteers and staff;Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations governing Long Term CareAbility to read, write and speak English in a clear mannerAbility to understand and respond appropriately to cultural diversityBenefitsAt the Masons of California and its related entities, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for helping people and high ethical standards with opportunities to advance your career.
