Create Therapist

The CREATE Therapist (Creating Relationships and Emotional Adaptability in a Therapeutic Environment) is responsible for the implementation of the CREATE evidence informed programming. This includes providing family and group therapy with children 3-21 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder; supporting the clinical team; completing intake assessments; providing a safe and structured environment that allows engagement in therapy; completing clinical documentation and outcomes monitoring; reviewing and utilizing clinical information pertaining to the client to inform treatment; actively communicating with family and systems of care regarding treatment; and, running parent workshops around relevant topics and completing comprehensive discharge plan for clients served.

Outpatient Therapist

The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for coordinating, assessing, implementing and evaluating the behavioral healthcare needs of children, adolescents and families receiving outpatient services. This includes provision of individual and family therapy, functions in consultative, collaborative and educational relationships with the primary care physician, staff psychiatrists and other professionals involved in client care. Outpatient clinicians may also provide group therapy if mutually agreeable between clinician and management.

CREATE Therapist

• Conducts initial assessments utilizing program principals in order to assess client and family dynamics.
• Provides group therapy in accordance with evidence based curriculums with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Facilitates family therapy to transfer skills to the home setting in order to address family system needs in the form of interventions.
• Providing a safe and structured environment that allows engagement in therapy.
• Develops effective and timely treatment goals with measurable objectives.
• Consults with all other professionals involved in service to the child, adolescent and family.
• Provides information/referral services to clients and families to ensure receipt of quality and appropriate services/resources.
• Utilizes treatment plans to develop, promote and track the course of therapy.
• Collect and track data for treatment goals.
• Meets program expectations regarding chart documentation and timeliness for documentation procedures.
• Handles all administrative duties such as chart documentation, billing requirements and other necessary paperwork consistent with licensure, accreditation, funding sources and CGRC technology reporting requirements.
• Completes all training and actively participates in required supervision in accordance with program and agency guidelines.
• Discharge planning for clients transitioning to other services.

OPS Therapist

• Conducts biopsychosocial assessments utilizing program principals in order to assess client and family dynamics, determine diagnosis, and make recommendations for treatment.
• Provides therapy services to promote exploration and understanding of personal and interpersonal dynamics.
• Develops effective and timely treatment goals with measurable objectives.
• Facilitates agreement on goals and tasks of therapy; defines the role of each participant
• Consults with all other professionals involved in service to the child, adolescent and family.
• Provides information/referral services to clients and families to ensure receipt of quality and appropriate services/resources.
• Utilizes treatment plans and outcome measures to track and adjust the course of therapy.
• Meets program expectations regarding productivity.
• Handles all administrative duties such as chart documentation, billing requirements and other necessary paperwork consistent with licensure, accreditation, funding sources and CGRC technology reporting requirements.
• Completes all training and actively participates in required supervision in accordance with program and agency guidelines.
• Provides support to clients and families in management of crises as they arise by adhering to agency protocols.
