Platform Engineer - Marketing

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Platform Engineer - Marketing to lead technical strategy and architecture for the MedTech Global CXM Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics. This global engineering role will define platform capabilities, establish engineering standards, and build a scalable ecosystem connecting marketing, sales, and customer engagement functions.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve technical architecture for the Butterfly CXM platform
- Establish engineering strategy for shared service integration and gateway services at enterprise scale
- Build foundational frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms supporting CXM adoption
- Lead development of reusable agent frameworks and AI service integration strategies
- Partner with AI Core teams to implement governed agent execution, observability, and security controls
Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience with enterprise-scale digital products and distributed systems
- 4+ years as lead architect, principal engineer, or engineering lead responsible for platform architecture
- 2+ years developing and using AI agents and orchestration platforms
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform modernization and establishing enterprise engineering standards
- Proven track record building reusable platforms, frameworks, SDKs, and developer ecosystems
- Experience operating in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
