Location: Columbus, Ohio

Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

Hours/week: 36

Employment Type: Temporary (W-2, full-time)

Certifications: BLS, Chemotherapy Certification (required); ACLS (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient hematology/oncology experience, chemo cert required

Hourly Pay Rate: $65.76

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with hematologic malignancies and undergoing complex treatments such as transplants and CAR-T therapy
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias, managing critical patient conditions
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and other medications following safety protocols
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and administer respiratory support (e.g., nasal cannula)
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Document care accurately using Epic electronic health records

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license or compact license
• Chemo certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year inpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Knowledge of MS/Tele, telemetry monitoring, and IV care

Preferred:

• ACLS certification
• Experience with Epic and complex transplant procedures
