Job Description Now Hiring: Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Location: LaVergne,TN Pay: $19-$23/hr Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Looking to start or grow your manufacturing career? Training Provided Initial training will take place on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM) for a few weeks before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule. Responsibilities Set up and operate grinding machines (Stahli or Blanchard models) Install, change, and dress grinding wheels Inspect and measure parts for quality and accuracy Troubleshoot basic machine issues Complete production and inspection documentation Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous grinding machine experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 33 lbs Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits & Work Environment Climate-controlled facility PPE provided Paid breaks Career growth opportunities Stable schedule As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
