Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse

The territory for this role will be mostly Franklin County with some visits in Scott County. Job Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and care team, you’ll help manage medical needs and promote independence—caring for patients like family, one home visit at a time.
