Construction Staff Accountant
Staff Financial Group
Construction Staff AccountantResponsibilities Include:Provide financial statements, prepare taxes and other financial statements as neededReconcile monthly bank accounts as well as credit accountsProvide timely billing to customersAbility to enter invoices into Accounting Software as well as reconcile accounts monthlyProvide weekly job cost reporting to Senior ManagementSet up new vendor accounts as requiredCross training will also be mandatory for Human Resources, Payroll and Purchasing responsibilitiesQualifications:4 Year degree in Accounting preferredPrevious experience in Construction IndustryFundamental knowledge of Sage Accounting SoftwareSolid computer skills utilizing Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast paced, high pressure environmentWork effectively with both customers and internal Project Management team and represent Appellation Construction Services in a professional manner at all timesExcellent communication skillsStrong work ethic with attention to detailEffective time management and prioritization skills
