We help keep this nation and our allies secure and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence.We're seeking a Systems Engineer, Senior to support the Deployed Reentry Team where you will apply knowledge/experience of Systems Engineering concepts and processes (i.e. requirements, development, architecture definition and system performance). In this role your responsibilities will include:Presenting status at recurring working groups with customer and co-contractorsPreparing content and presenting to LM Management at regular program reviewsCreating and maintaining documents and specificationsThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Basic Qualifications:Experience with Systems Engineering to include requirement definition and verificationExperience with Doors System Modeling tools or similar requirements repository systemsActive DOD Secret or Top Secret security clearanceAbility to obtain and maintain DOD Top Secret security clearanceDesired Skills:Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalentActive DOD Top Secret Security ClearanceSystems Engineering experience including design review support and documentationModel Based Systems Engineering methods and toolsExperience with DOORS DXLExperience creating or revising technical system documentationPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
