Remote Clinical Dispatcher

Seeking a full-time Remote Clinical Dispatcher, the candidate will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while effectively communicating with hospital staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care. Key responsibilities: Manage incoming consultations through the consultation lifecycle workflows and prioritize assignments for multiple service lines Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to facilitate efficient patient care Monitor queues to prioritize consultations and maintain service excellence metrics Required qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools across various operating systems Excellent phone and customer service skills with high attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and excel in a remote work setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Access TeleCare, LLC
