Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Aurora, Colorado. This position involves evaluating outpatients and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating patients' return to community activities. The role emphasizes professional patient care, documentation accuracy, adherence to safety standards, and active participation in professional development.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, documents clinical notes in accordance with regulatory guidelines, and ensures care delivery within signed physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student supervision and efficient professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Engages in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
