Title: Office Services Specialist Agency: Central Virginia Community College Location: Lynchburg - 680 FLSA: Nonexempt Hiring Range: $18.00-$22.00 hourly Full Time or Part Time: Part Time Additional Detail Job Description: Central Virginia Community College is located in Lynchburg, Virginia, in view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. CVCC is a comprehensive two-year institution of higher education with an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students in occupational/technical programs and university-parallel/college transfer programs. Maintain front lobby reception area which involves greeting staff, visitors and vendors, responding to phone calls and messages, making appointments, handing out keys, and fleet Management AdAstra System Administration and Event Coordination Maintain office filing and assist with inventory issuance and tracking for main campus and offsite centers. Assist with printing process for main campus and offsite centers. Maintain departmental communications by posting and/or distribution to departmental personnel. Mail Operation Backup Workorder Processing and Inventory Assist with eVA procurement receiving processes or requests Serve as Facilities representative on Social Committee. Assist the Office Manager and Procurement Officer with various clerical tasks, GovDeals support and bi-annual inventory counts. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Skilled in copier/scanner operations, filing and organizational processes.
