Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in our 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will play a vital role in providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will also be responsible for supervising professional personnel, assisting with staff development, and promoting a positive work environment. Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Current licensure as a nursing home administrator in the State of Ohio
Knowledgeable of nursing, rehabilitative, and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing facilities
Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, evaluate, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a resource person
Ability to perform mathematical functions and evaluate and interpret financial information
Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm under stress
Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively with residents, families, personnel, and support agencies
Must have exceptional customer service skills and be in good standing with facility attendance policy
Must meet all in-service requirements for the position
