Housing Stability Navigator & Community Advocate

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide services aimed at housing stability for individuals and families. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency to develop service plans and connect clients to resources. Located in San Jose, the Case Manager will conduct assessments and work collaboratively with landlords and community stakeholders.
