A well-established Houston Commercial General Contractor is expanding its operations and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Midland TX to help lead this growth. This firm specializes in delivering complex ground-up commercial construction projects across Healthcare, K-12 Education, and Municipal sectors throughout Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Oversee Project Managers and project teams on-site
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Drive safety, scheduling, and cost control initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial GC
• Proven track record delivering ground-up healthcare, K-12, or municipal projects
• Experience managing projects $20M+ preferred
