Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vitals during procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans Evaluate patients pre-operatively and discuss anesthesia options Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation Provide post-anesthesia care and assess recoveryParticipate in quality improvement initiatives Stay updated on best practices and advancements in anesthesiology Educate patients and families on anesthesia-related topics Requirements MD or DO degree with active medical license Experience in Anesthesiology, ideally within a hospital or surgical center Strong clinical and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to patient safety and high‑quality care Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-5:30p Call shifts available but not required Level II Trauma Facility: 500 beds, 19 ORs Main Cases: Bread & butter, GI, ortho, & urology (some OB & cardiac) Will work independently EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
