Balance professionalism with a relaxed, easy demeanor. Ensure smooth pacing and attentive service throughout each meal. Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain a lively, organized floor. What We’re Looking For Experience in upscale casual dining or brasserie‑style service. Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge—or eagerness to learn.
