About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of eCommerce Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of digital web channels, with a focus on delivering an exceptional and seamless experience that supports business growth. This role involves optimizing site performance, increasing engagement, generating leads, and improving conversion to meet digital revenue targets. The Head of eCommerce Marketing will also lead website optimization, UX/UI, and digital merchandising, and will be expected to define and execute the digital experience strategy in line with business goals and evolving customer behaviors. Applicants must have a proven track record in building sustainable market presence, delivering effective strategies, and driving revenue growth. Deep expertise in UX/UI, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and onsite performance optimization is essential. The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align digital experience with business priorities. A data-driven and analytical approach, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary. Experience in premium hospitality or luxury is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, proactive, and innovative, with a continuous improvement mindset, and a strong understanding of compliance, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
