Warehouse ClerkBehind every delivery is a team keeping the details organized and operations moving. At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Clerks help keep warehouse and transportation operations on track by coordinating deliveries and pickups, processing paperwork, preparing reports, and making sure information gets where it needs to go. We're looking for a Warehouse Clerk who's organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Be Working OnProcess receiving and shipping paperwork, including worksheets, bills of lading, receiving reports, and labelsCoordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups with vendors, carriers, Warehouse, Purchasing, and TransportationProcess incoming containers and railcars, including preparing paperwork and coordinating unloadingReview and report shortages, damages, missed pickups, and other delivery issuesPrepare customer pickup paperwork and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are readyPrepare and distribute daily reports and other operational documentationProcess and route invoices to the appropriate departments for approvalPerform data entry, file management, and system updatesSupport Transportation with pickup schedules, backhauls, and other daily needsProvide backup support for routing functions, including closing routes, special deliveries, door sheets, and daily reportsHelp keep warehouse and transportation operations organized and running smoothlyThe Ingredients for SuccessStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working on a computer and learning new systemsAbility to work effectively with warehouse, transportation, purchasing, vendors, and carriersDependability and a strong work ethicAbility to adapt when priorities change in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, transportation, logistics, or administrative experience preferredWhy You'll Love Working HereBe part of the team that keeps warehouse and transportation operations movingFast-paced work with a mix of administrative and operational responsibilitiesWork closely with multiple teams across the operationOpportunities to learn and grow within warehouse and operationsThe DetailsSchedule: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM until finishPay: $20.00–$22.00 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offeringsApply today and be part of the team that keeps every delivery moving!
