Position Description: Dr. Praegers was founded in 1992 with the mission to bring delicious frozen food to everyone. Its not every day that two heart surgeons get into the food business, but over 20 years ago thats exactly what our dads did. They knew ingredients had to be nutritious and simple, that everything had to be delicious, and that their products needed to be super simple to make. \tResponsible for compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety procedures, and regulatory standards that are established by OSHA, FDA, USDA, and Dr. Praegers Sensible Foods.
\tKeep the work area clean.
\tResponsible for keeping pallets neat and orderly.
\tTransport trash and debris away from production areas.
\tMonitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
\tAssemble and prepare goods for shipment.
\tAbility to follow directions.
\tOperate heavy-duty equipment.
\tUtilization of Redzone software
\tFill out all documentation completely.
\tSupport Machine operators as needed.
\tStart and stop equipment.
Physical requirements:
\tAbility to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
\tMust be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and frequently push, pull, bend, and reach.
Skills (required):
\tStrong communication skills.
\tAbility to work in a team environment.
\tBilingual preferred.
