We are hiring a Product Manager directly into the Document Crunch team under Trimble's executive-backed Experienced Professional Accelerator Program. Instead of jumping straight into a single product environment, your career path begins with a high-impact, 12-month cross-divisional immersion designed as a true career accelerator.How It Works:The First 12 Months (Bridging AI & Enterprise): You will be 100% embedded within the Trimble Vista product organization. You will master how enterprise contractors track job costs, manage change orders, and handle backend financial compliance.The Long-Term Impact: At the end of the 12-month swap, you will return to Document Crunch equipped with an invaluable downstream financial blueprint. You will use this knowledge to help architect future AI-native solutions at the intersection of risk and financial managementSupport & Flexibility: To ensure your success, you will have regularly scheduled monthly meetings with the Accelerator Program Manager to navigate roadblocks.
