Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for keeping our Liberty Lake dealership clean, organized, and ready for customers and employees each day. This is a hands‑on janitorial and light maintenance role, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and is willing to jump in where needed. This position reports to the hiring manager and supports the dealership team by helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store, offices, restrooms, customer areas, service areas, and common spaces. The employer has identified this position as a safety‑sensitive position and requires pre‑employment drug screening, including for non‑psychoactive THC. Job Responsibilities: Complete daily janitorial duties throughout the dealership Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, customer areas, break areas, hallways, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies as needed Help keep the dealership clean, organized, and presentable for customers and employees Perform small building maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters and light upkeep around the facility Report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to management Assist with basic dealership upkeep inside and outside the building as needed Safely use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment Jump in where needed to support the team Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: Previous janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience is welcomed, but not required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Willingness to help with a variety of cleaning and light maintenance tasks Ability to follow directions and complete assigned work in a timely manner Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, tools, trash bags, and other items up to 50 lbs. as needed Ability to use janitorial equipment such as vacuums, mops, brooms, cleaning carts, and basic hand tools Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed Ability to climb a step stool or ladder for light maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Compensation: $18 - $19/hour DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday Benefits (eligible full‑time team members) Competitive pay and growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision plan options 401(k) with employer match Profit sharing Employee discounts Employee borrow program (take a camper and go camping) Holiday pay and time off benefits vary by role and policy Disclosure This list is not exhaustive.
