Senior Financial Analyst-US Joint Reconstruction Selling

Senior Financial Analyst position supporting DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction Commercial team. The role involves financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and providing strategic insights to selling leadership. Candidate will support the planned separation of Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics business into a standalone company.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and forecasting for Joint Reconstruction selling budget and expenses
Deliver financial reporting and actionable insights to selling leadership for informed decision-making
Evaluate and develop commission structures with financial analysis and strategic guidance
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and SOX compliance requirements
Provide financial guidance on ongoing projects through data analysis and risk assessment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Accounting or Finance major preferred
Minimum three years finance, business, or related leadership experience
Advanced Excel and presentation skills required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
CPA, MBA, CMA, or related certification preferred
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% annually
