Compensation: $72,000 to $76,000 base salary, dependent on experience.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Move In Coordinator is responsible for managing all duties and logistics that lead up to and including the resident's move to Wisteria. This position is responsible for working closely with many departments (Plant Operations, Environmental Services, community management, etc.) to ensure the resident has moved in and is comfortably settled and oriented in the community. The Move In Coordinator must be adept at giving each resident quality individual time, learning about their needs and managing their expectations. This position is a vital part of this often stressful transition, and is done in a collaborative effort between marketing and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively with both large and small groups in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while working in an environment of constant distractions.
• Strong judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access). Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Associate or other college degree a plus.
• Good initiative to anticipate problems and resolve them.
