We are immediately hiring a Logistics Specialist (Carrier Management) in Novi, MI for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The primary function of this role is to maintain and accelerate carrier performance through KPIs, touchpoints, data analysis and training. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $50,000- $55,000 per year based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Hybrid, in office 1 day a week); schedule and location could change upon customer request. Summary The Logistics Specialist (Carrier Management) is responsible for providing Supply Chain support to our global industry and regional business teams. Essential Functions Involvement in the sales process: work with sales and operations to develop concepts, implementation of their designs and assisting operations management with continuous improvement. Specifically, this position will provide proposal support, data gathering and analysis and acquire product knowledge. Position will adhere to process methodologies Involvement in the design and engineering of supply chain services that include Network Analysis, Transportation, Distribution Management, Strategy, multi-client and Process Management Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation Information The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
