Job Description

This role focuses on electrical wiring and assembly within a clean, well-lit manufacturing facility. You will read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, perform point-to-point wiring, and work with AC and DC systems to support high-quality production of electrical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics accurately and efficiently.
• Perform point-to-point wiring using crimp connectors on wire ends to complete electrical circuits and assemblies.
• Cut, strip, bend, and form wire, cable, and conduit pipe or tubing to connect circuits and sub-assemblies according to specifications.
• Assemble wiring circuits and ensure proper routing, termination, and labeling of wires and cables.
• Work with motor controls and circuit breakers as part of electrical assembly and wiring tasks.
• Conduct self quality checks on completed wiring and assemblies to ensure they meet established Quality Control standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with electrical components, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain consistent output quality.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large manufacturing facility that is clean, well organized, and well lit, providing a comfortable and safe environment for detailed electrical work. You will work around electrical assemblies, wiring stations, and standard manufacturing tools and equipment, following established safety and quality procedures throughout your shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Belle Vernon, PA.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available. PTO Schedule: 0-4 years = 10 Days. 5-14 years = 15 days. 15-19 years = 20 days. 20-29 years = 25 days. If needing to use pto for more than 3 days at a time, must be submitted before 2 weeks of timeframe.

This is a fully onsite position in Belle Vernon,PA.
