If you are an ELECTRONIC TESTING TECHNICIAN with 2+ years of successful experience with electronics --this could be an excellent opportunity for you in the Clintwood/Stafford, VA, area. Please note that candidates must be U.S. citizens and be able to qualify for security clearance due to the nature of the contracts for which this company is producing.

The hours for this role are a great 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off: Mon-Thu 8-5:30 with other Friday off and the Friday shift ends at 4:30pm

Job Overview:
This is a great opportunity with an innovative aerospace and defense manufacturer to support testing, troubleshooting, and final acceptance of its defense systems. This role focuses on hands-on electro-mechanical testing, diagnostics, quality assurance, and collaboration with engineering teams in a highly technical and mission-critical environment.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of ATP, testing technician, or related experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience using electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
• Must live within a commutable distance of the Fredericksburg/Stafford, VA, area.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the company's contracts.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
