Construction Project SupervisorWitnesses, examines, monitors, and documents construction of Texas Tech University System facility projects for quantity and quality conformance with construction documents, TTUS FP&C Building Design & Construction Standards, Accessibility, Life/safety, building and energy code requirements, Factory Mutual Global Approvals, as well as construction schedules. A comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and methods, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing building systems, material testing, TCEQ Stormwater management and OSHA standards required.
