I am working with a Top 200 law firm seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate (2–8 years of experience) to join its highly regarded Real Estate Practice Group in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for institutional investors, lenders, developers, owners, and operators. The practice offers exposure to high-profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development projects, joint ventures, and complex leasing transactions. Ideal Qualifications 2 to 8 years of dedicated commercial real estate transactional experience. Prior experience at a major law firm / Am Law 200 firm is highly preferred. A high level of academic achievement ( minimum 3.0 GPA ). Excellent drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player while confidently managing significant individual responsibilities. Admission to the New York State Bar is required. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $225,000 – $375,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
