A Day in the Life As an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you will be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will mentor associates on your team and serve as an advisor and consultant to our clients. You will develop a strong understanding of the marketplace and build and maintain strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners. Key Responsibilities Grow and manage private client accounts to meet production goals. Mentor associates on the team. Act as advisor and consultant to clients. Maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry with demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages. P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation Applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements.
