We interview all candidates who come on-site and provide a plant tour. Join our dynamic manufacturing team at our Addison, IL location, near Swift Road and Army Trail Road. Shape LLC is a customer electrical transformer manufacturer. Start in 1966, we have a 60 year history of meeting customers' needs. This is a first shift, regular full-time role, with hours from 6:00a.m. to 2:30p.m. Monday through Friday. Overtime will be offered as needed to meet customer needs. Duties include winding coils, insulating and finishing coils for assembly, building the transformer core, basic electrical connection wiring and other types of product assembly work. Skills and Experience: Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Must be able to read, write and speak basic English to handle paperwork and labels. Ability to lift 15-60 pounds (depending on work area) on a regular basis Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) Read and use a ruler, micrometer and other basic tools Strong attention to detail and product quality Ability to work safety and follow safety guidelines Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new job functions based on business needs Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required Apply in person Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. Shape LLC 2105 Corporate Drive Addison, IL 60101
