We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee large-scale commercial roofing and exterior projects across the United States, ensuring successful project execution from pre-construction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, working with multiple branches and field teams, and playing a key role in a company's continued national growth. Job Title: National Project Manager Project Types: Commercial Roofing, Re-Roofing, Service, Maintenance, and Exterior Construction Projects Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple commercial roofing projects across the United States from award through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractors, and overall project performance. Coordinate with Operations, Branch Managers, Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Field Teams to ensure successful project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, manufacturers, and subcontractors throughout each project. Review project contracts, scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and change orders. Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Travel to project sites as needed to support field operations, client meetings, and project milestones. Help establish and improve operational processes and best practices as the company continues its national expansion. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of Commercial Roofing Project Management experience. Proven experience managing multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Ability to travel nationally as project needs require. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
