What You'll Do • Perform customized massage services based on each guest's needs • Conduct professional consultations before every service • Provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, and approved massage modalities • Recommend appropriate enhancements and ongoing massage care • Encourage guests to prebook future appointments • Build repeat clientele through excellent service and communication • Complete service notes accurately and on time • Maintain a clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional treatment room • Follow Florida licensing requirements and Hand & Stone protocols

Qualifications • Active Florida Massage Therapist license • Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage • Sports massage, stretching, prenatal, or advanced modality experience is a plus • Strong communication and guest-service skills • Professional, dependable, and punctual • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to safely perform consecutive massage services Experienced and newly licensed therapists with strong hands-on skills are encouraged to apply.

Schedule Opportunities Weekday, evening, weekend, full-time, and part-time schedules are available. Evening and weekend availability provides the strongest opportunity for consistent bookings and higher earnings. Schedules are based on therapist availability, guest demand, and spa needs.
