Responsibilities
- Provide statistical expertise for complex preclinical and clinical program design and interpretation
- Develop statistical analysis plans for intricate studies and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior statisticians in analysis production and study report deliverables
- Investigate and implement novel statistical methodologies to improve study design and business processes
- Communicate research findings internally and externally through conferences and publications
Requirements
- PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical industry statistical experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, modeling, and simulation techniques
- Experience with regulatory submission processes and clinical/preclinical study design
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior statisticians and guide cross-functional teams
Compensation: $119,848–$179,772 base annually, plus short-term incentive bonuses, equity awards, and benefits
