Delivery Driver & Merchandiser

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver & Merchandiser to join our team. This role involves delivering products to business customers, stocking and organizing shelves and setting up displays. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and organizational abilities, experience in driving large cargo vans and a clean driver's record. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are essential for success.About Us:Swiss Cellars is an importer and distributor of beverages serving primarily the Wisconsin market. Our customers are retailers, restaurants and bars. We are seeking a new part-time team member to join our family and maintain our standards of service and dedication.General summary:IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITYDeliver products to business customersMerchandise products delivered (stocking shelves, setting up displays, pricing products, installing point of sale material)Warehouse and vehicle maintenanceReceiving productsHours are Wednesday through Friday (sometimes Monday and Tuesday), starting usually around 7am and finishing usually mid to late pm. Hours vary based on workloadThis position combines delivery/merchandising (primary responsibility) and warehouse (secondary responsibility) work .Schedule changes on Holiday weeks.Requirements:Clean driving recordOver 21 years oldAble to lift 70lbs, and to work long hoursPrior delivery and merchandising experience preferredCustomer orientedWell organized, focused, detail-oriented, accurate with record keeping and able to work independentlyAble to read, understand, and follow warehouse and delivery related instructionsReliable, responsibleComputer literateReliable vehicle (to get to work), email/phone access from homeNOT A SHORT-TERM POSITIONAdditional information:CDL license not necessaryDeliveries mostly in the Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, western, southern and southeastern Wisconsin areasGood geographic knowledge of Wisconsin preferredHourly wage, employee status, paid time off.
