Position Title: Treasurer & Corporate Secretary Department: Executive Office Reports To: President Employment Status: Full-Time Effective Date: August 2026 Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000 base, commensurate with experience and capability, plus discretionary annual bonus About the Role Our client is a well-established, financially strong consumer and commercial products company, headquartered in the Denver metro area, with operations across several affiliated U.S. entities. The company has an international ownership structure and regular shareholder reporting requirements. The company name will be disclosed to qualified candidates who advance in the process. This is a mission-focused, results-driven role that serves as a trusted business partner to the President and executive leadership team. The position is responsible for treasury management, financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, board and shareholder reporting, and executive office administration across the Company's U.S. entities. Serving as Corporate Secretary and the President's principal executive support, this role acts as the primary liaison between U.S. operations and the Company's international majority shareholder, working with the Controller to ensure timely financial and operational reporting, effective cross-border communication, compliance with corporate governance requirements, and coordination of strategic initiatives. This is a senior, high-visibility finance role with significant exposure to executive decision-making and strong potential to evolve over time into expanded finance executive responsibilities as the organization grows. The role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, analytical ability, and the capacity to anticipate the Company's needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international business environment. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Operate the accounting/reporting software across the Company's U.S. entities to report consolidated results to the majority shareholder, after the Controller closes the periods. Prepare required financial and operational reports in accordance with Board requirements, including cash flow forecasts, budgets, and management analyses. Monitor daily cash positions and manage treasury activities, including banking relationships, cash management, fund transfers, liquidity planning, and intercompany transactions — a focused, senior-level responsibility involving daily review and release of wires and ACH payments under a joint-signature structure with the Controller for strong internal controls. Perform financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support executive decision-making. Serve as Secretary of the Company and maintain corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and governance documentation. Contribute to Board and shareholder meetings, including agendas, presentation materials, minutes, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Maintain corporate filings, registrations, contracts, and other governance documentation in compliance with applicable requirements. Serve as the President’s principal executive support. Act as the primary liaison between the U.S. entities and the Company's international majority shareholder, ensuring timely communication and execution of assigned initiatives. Conduct financial, operational, and strategic analysis and support internal control and process improvement initiatives. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive financial, legal, and business matters. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the President.
