• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate order processing.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Participate in inventory control and ensure the sales floor is organized and well-stocked.
• Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers as needed.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or retail management is a plus.
• Proven work experience in retail sales is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using electronic devices such as cash registers and Point Of Sale (POS) systems.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle stock or inventory.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
