Remote Care Coordinator for Home Infusion & Nursing

Float Health Brasil

Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and to maintain relationships throughout the patient life cycle. You will leverage technology platforms to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient scheduling for recurring visits. This fully remote US role involves high-volume ticketing, calls, and scheduling, with cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations and continuously improve patient
