Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Tech to operate and maintain imaging equipment for diagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality imaging services within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment according to physician’s orders and safety protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them properly.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient data, and technical details.
• Adhere to strict compliance with hospital policies, including tobacco-free environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Maryland or Compact CT license with current expiration date.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent CT imaging experience.
• Be nicotine-free, passing a drug screen prior to assignment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and patient positioning.
• Provide two supervisor references upon submission.
• Be willing to float within scope of practice and facility.
