Summary Manages laboratory operations, supervises staff, and ensures accurate testing and validity. Reviews lab reports, maintains equipment, develops and implements protocols, and adheres to safety and regulatory standards. Trains and mentors staff, providing technical support, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing workflow within budgetary goals.
